Yeah and the shop keeper is the actor who played Pickles in the episode Worzels Nephew.

so the grown up guy is the same actor who played the boy in the original ?
Woahh …. the woman with the glitter…. It’s SO OBVIOUS as to why she’s still single lmao !
twin brothers, Melek and Noah, one boy and the other girl. hunh????
She was the Salem cigarette girl and she did a lot of sit-com roles until her death (from lung cancer). This is a classic series, though I prefer MTM show. X
yes that was a very funny show too. I did not know she died of lung cancer. My uncle died of that it is a hideous way to go. So sad
I’m so happy this is back. Anyone expecting Sir Anthony Hopkins should pass this one up big time. Stallone is immaculate in this role. It’s sassy and fresh. Defo a fun watch! Yay!!
Wicked and strange. Perhaps about 20 minutes too long, but I recognise that this is most certainly due to an obsessive cinematographer. Still, it’s jolting and obsessive in a very negative way, like watching a train wreck in slo-mo. Worthy of a watch, but be prepared for images that cannot be unseen.
After watching several reruns in a bid to capture my youth. I have come on here to proclaim that Beth Howland played her part so well as Vera. I guess type casting became a huge problem or she just didn’t want to act anymore. Whatever the case the show has helped me get through one of the lowest points in my life. Thank you Primewire for saving my sanity.

I gave up halfway through. It’s not that bad it’s just terribly boring and uninspired.
They can’t outmaneuver one stationary shooter?!! Gimme a break!
I do wonder how old the kids will be for this show. I also wonder if they will be special and Sheldon never acknowledged them because they were geologist/engineers.
It’s says same actors from Young Sheldon are playing the rollGeorgie and Mandy, but the rest shall be interesting. They could do it in flashbacks etc, we’ll have to wait and see!!
your right there are supposed to be two more episodes but i’m reading conflicing stuff on the net that says this was supposed to have six episodes and others saying four episodes. if i find a clear answer will let you know.
According to the Sky website: “The second series – which is debuting on Sky Max and NOW on 6 September – will consist of four episodes.” So it looks like either they shortened the original order or are planning Christmas and/or New Year specials to come later, but so far Season 2 is only four episodes.
Ithink this is one of the best series ending we ever got to experience.
Imagine Breaking Bad as a diamond: Once it´s dug up it has to be cut and polished, resulting in a flawless stone at the end of the process.
That´s Breaking Bad to me. A flawless diamond.
When Felina was up I watched it live on the website- it was so exiting.
For ALL our sake I wish more series like this. RIP Walter White.
Coool, more comedy from the Sheldon Universe!!

Feels like an overused theme but I need something new to watch… Hope for the best.
There is something very wrong with hearing only the French part of the Brazilian(Portuguese) dialogue, like wait, where is the rest of the Phonetic inventory that should be here??
...Ohhh this is dubbed to: "💩" i.e Français (or colloquially referred to as:"🧀-Eating Surrender 🐒's")
I didn’t even get to the french part it’s just too annoying to listen to it in english to continue but that sure is really fckd up.
im totally gripped with this show absolutely captivated wish it was sooner between episodes
Such excellent actors and detailed story. I hate when they cut off the episode seconds as something is happening . Bets asto who took the shot? i think it was dad. With her having three, that would not clear up much.

Best series I’ve watched in a while, I’m tough to please.
Artful as ever, typically Japanese, heart wrenchingly poetic with a decent amount of action too.
This show is very laughable. Always think these people have their best interest. Very few truly care, they just trying to get something for free. Cars, money, whatever they can snag.
Was looking for something to binge, saw Ann Cleeves and had to watch this. Very good show. I love the way Ann Cleeves’ stories always have a surprise ending. I can’t wait for season two.
FYI: There are quite a few b&w movies that still work:
"Cape Fear" 1962 version
"Night of the Hunter"
"To Kill A Mockingbird"
"The Day The Earth Stood Still"
"M"
and at least 50 more.
Do a google search on “IMDB Best Black And Whites Movies” and you’ll get people’s playlists. Then pick one and sort by rating and you should get many to choose from.
On a personal note:
I use “Whatever Happened To Baby Jane” for sibling advice and “Who’s Afraid of Virginia Woolf?” for marital guidance. I think my grand parent’s generation had these things figured out. :-)
By the way, both movies can be better enjoyed with excessive alcohol and someone you deeply resent. The airing of grievances and ensuing emotional abuse just makes for a great family event. Thanksgiving is probably the best time to put those on!
All of the ones on the list you mentioned are my faves as well….
I will never forget that crazy drunken night in “Whose Afraid…” and every haunting scene in “Mockingbird…” Never will cinematography be the same again!
Not enough people understand that this film is not actually about monkeys. It’s called a METAPHORE.
So love this show, zillion times better writing than the Fosters. Much more real, more gritty. Being honest, while The Fosters started off good, it quickly became too sappy and I quit watching before the end. So wasn’t sure about this. So glad I gave it a shot
I have not read anything related to Crow. As a complete newbie. This movie is worth a watch. It is no Oscar nomination material but its worth a watch.
fck this thing dubbed it’s a crime on itself, it’s fitting I guess…. LOL.

I am a late comer to the Nick Cage party… but can’t help but love his work…. I started this movie not know what role he was playing and it took a while for me to work it out… That was extraordinary. He just keeps putting it out there. Looks like the tide is turning for Nick. Scary AF in this role. I could hardly see him through this character! Going to take some time to properly unpack this movie. But well worth watching.
2 eps in and what a beautiful show! Most heartwarming thing I’ve watched in a while.
This installation is a day late and a dollar short, so to speak. I am completely disappointed at this second stage. Sometimes it’s best to enhance the original with commentary and deleted scenes rather than a meandering and obsolete part two. What a disappointment.
I’m not sure what they could have done with this film to make it any better, it was okay, it wasn’t a mad max film, it was dark and disty and had an orra of filth, it was a one time watch, Hemsworth made the movie watchable, like one commenter stated, if I were to rate it I would say a 3 out of 5 would be generous, if you are a fan of the dirt and dark it’s good for a one time watch.
The original was much better. But that generally happens with movies. This one was meh at best. Didnt care for the music choices. Was not worth $25 seeing it in Theatres. Were there funny parts? Sure but mostly was boring . Wouldnt watch again.
oh boy brought back memories for me thanks for the post sneak peek of worzel and aunt sally lol
Great movie
