I think this show is great. I really like the alternative universe thing.

mjbourquin 5 points 5 years ago. 5/5 stars.

agreed, the trailer didn’t leave me with a good impression (AT ALL) but I’m glad I still ended up watching

greyfur 1 points 5 years ago. 5/5 stars.

I’m up to episode 4 at this point, keep watching, rather like it, it gets rather interesting the farther you get. for a ‘what if’ it’s actually pretty good.

mjbourquin 8 points 5 years ago. 5/5 stars.

really loving this show and how things could have been if the space race didn’t end. It really shows how far we could have come otherwise. The trailer was horrible. Do not let it affect your view of this great show.

tardisrider 3 points 4 years ago. 5/5 stars.

have to add BOHICA to the list with FUBAR and SNAFU

Dekeon1969 -2 points 1 year ago.

LOL, wonder how many of the sheep are gonna look those acronyms up Tardis.

tardisrider 3 points 1 year ago. 5/5 stars.

well those with a military background will already know snafu and fubar

pryme 3 points 4 years ago.

Seeing the title of this show immediately made me think of the last season of The 100: “for all mankind!” I was half hoping this was a spin-off series.

On a more serious note, this looks like an interesting show. I tend to like sci-fi shows and alternative universe is a fascinating concept so this one seems worth giving a shot.

If you’re a fan of Joel Kinnaman, read on. Joel Kinnaman and Cara Jade Myers (Killers of the Flower Moon) are set to star in the thriller Ice Fall. The story follows a young Indigenous game warden who arrests an infamous poacher only to discover that the poacher knows the location of a plane carrying millions of dollars that has crashed in a frozen lake. When a group of criminals and dirty cops are alerted to the poacher’s whereabouts, the warden and the poacher team up to fight back and escape across the treacherous lake before the ice melts. And Joel Kinnaman has been busy…..Next up, he will be seen in the Boston crime thriller The Silent Hour opposite Mark Strong. Mark Strong is a great British actor and look forward to watching anything that he is in.

This series is exceptional. Episode One absorbs you from the get go. Each episode ends leaving you totally titillated and wanting more. The premise of this “What if …” story is extremely well written and performed. Episode Ten concludes in the highest of fashion not only leaving you wanting more, but also leaving you with almost endless possibilities of what Season 2 will bring us in the story line. The technical aspects of production have been near flawless thus far in the series; excellent attention to detail. Wardrobe, make-up, set design, props, to mention but a few all did their part and then some. Bravo Apple TV +, you have a hit on your hands.

Shows really good. Glad people kept commenting about it. Made me decide to watch it. Also as an American I was surprised how much the first episode upset me lol.

jeff7777 2 points 4 years ago.

it is back…season 2

Drizzt 2 points 4 years ago.

What I like is the What if !! like Ancient Aliens !! Not saying its fact but what if :) wierd or what LOL :)

mjbourquin 1 points 5 years ago. 5/5 stars.

first episode was pretty good, so far no unnecessary “wokenes”. Continuing on.

reytaco 2 points 5 years ago.

show is cool and it does the whole quantum multiverse thing well. bit of a slow burn but im enjoying it.

Piglet 2 points 1 year ago.

I know this is a “what if” type drama. But lets look at this decade, I was a child in grade school during the tumultuous 1960’s. So much grief and sorrow, JFK, MLK, and Bobby. Then the race riots and Vietnam protests and the one shining moment happened on July 16, 1969. When the whole world stopped what it was doing (maybe not everyone) and watched the moon landing, I was one of the million kids who got to witness this historic event. This tumultuous decade would end with this one shining moment. Then the question is “what if” JFK, MLK, and Bobby had lived……”what if” indeed…..

The space race continues as For All Mankind officially returns to for Season 4. Created by Ronald D. Moore, Ben Nedivi, and Matt Wolpert, the announcement of the renewal came during the show’s panel at San Diego Comic-Con, generating immense excitement among fans. As of June 12, 2023.

Season 4 starts next week, Nov. 10th! Can’t wait.

Piglet 1 points 8 months ago.

Mireille Enos has joined the cast of “For All Mankind” Season 5. Enos will appear in the space race historical fiction drama in a series regular role as Celia Boyd, described as “a member of the Peacekeeper Security Force on Mars.” No release date yet…..deep sigh……

Piglet 1 points 1 year ago.

It hasn’t been confirmed yet but with how season 4 ended, there has to be season 5. For All Mankind Season 5 will be set in the 2010s. Margo and Dani might be the only ones to appear in season 5.

Piglet 1 points 11 months ago.

For All Mankind is coming back for a fifth season of space-based alt-history hijinks. This is unsurprising news, given the near-universal critical acclaim heaped on season four. However, the company also surprise-announced a spinoff series called Star City that will follow the Russian space program.

metalrob72 -9 points 5 years ago.

More woke women good, men bad, propaganda garbage from Hollyweird. No thanks.

ibgabe 7 points 5 years ago.

More ignorant comments from someone who clearly didn’t watch a single episode. No thanks.

greyfur 3 points 5 years ago. 5/5 stars.

Well said, I have watched every episode so far, and have found it to be one of the best ‘what if’ type shows I have ever run into. If they keep going they way they are going now, this could go from start to finish, and be something to really brag about.

matsite101 0 points 5 years ago. 1/5 stars.

After only 2 episodes , I found this show boring as hell. I stopped watching

Killion -15 points 5 years ago. 1/5 stars.

We were ALL created equal. None of us are better than the other. This crap needs to stop! But that is exaclty what this junk is about. Not worth the watch.

red2323 -11 points 5 years ago.

wow appletv really failed..bunch of garbage nonsensical shows so far

Betamax78 -11 points 5 years ago.

Offenciv Nationalistic Patriotic Gingoist RAH RAH ‘MURIKA PROPAGANDA probably written by Mike PENCE….in real life American didn’t put a man on the moon ,the SS Nazi scientists the US kidnapped and pardoned for their war crimes and celebrated put a man on the moon (American “scientists “ were to busy inventing silly putty and cheezewhiz )

Betamax78 -16 points 5 years ago*.

Jingoistic Nationalist Patriotic propaganda garbage .Americas who in real life only got to the moon by kidnapping and pardoning war criminal SS Nazi scientists like Arthur Rudolph and Werner Von Braun to run NASAs Apollo program (ironic neo Nazis like Trump and Pence are so keen to make a “space force” !)

mjbourquin 1 points 5 years ago*. 5/5 stars.

definitely nothing wrong with going to the moon. Clearly you didn’t watch the show. What a bunch of nonsense. Yes, Von Braun was pardoned in rl maybe a mistake, don’t know how that makes going to the moon a bad thing. 1 wrong does not auto make something good for the country (and for the world for that matter) evil. And I don’t like Trump either.
