I downloaded this a few day ago. Randomly hear people talk about this film. So I’ve tried to give it a go. I started this 3 or 4 times and can’t get past the first 15 minutes. The leaps that are going on with logic I can’t get passed or the way they talk about the director like they know exactly what was going on in his head is insane to me. Maybe it gets better idk. I’ll finish it eventually probably but I don’t like it at all.

Was really good. I was expecting more violence to be honest. But well worth a watch. I’m glad it wasn’t all white people bad or all police bad. It was more realistic than I was expecting. Tons of horrible people in the world. But some good ones too. Dont get me wrong they were going for a message here and to me it worked. They just didn’t treat the audience like we are stupid. I wouldn’t mind another movie could turn this character into a jack reacher type.

Creepy creepy gore stuff. I liked it. Has that 70s film look to it which added to the feel. I would watch it again.

Amazingly filmed and superb acting. But gotta say it wouldv’e been better for this to been a tv-series. Nevertheless a great first part. Like Game of Thrones in the wild wild west <3

I dont know whats happened to M Night but hes definitely fallen off in his past few films. There were just too many holes in this. It feels like it was written for a 1980s audience. Not in the style of the 80s but back then you’d overlook or forgive what would be an obvious hole in the story. Usually just due to the awesome cheesiness of 80s films. Worth a watch but Ive got a few issues with it.

Love the Wayans brothers. But Terry Crews was the real start of the movie. Hard to believe something like this being made in 2024. Still rumors of a sequel. I hope it isn’t too sterilized.

I’m really enjoying this season - proper hard(ish) SF! I love the end of episode cliff hangers as well. Let’s hope we get a 3rd and subsequent seasons.

They have so many cliffhangers per season! It’s really aggravating. This isn’t the best show I’ve ever watched, but I’m all out of good shows to watch for now, until fall shows come back. It’s entertaining enough to get me through the next few weeks of summer.
