I think they were trying VERY hard for Giallo-style horror, but this was stilted, and rugged in the most obvious of acting styles. The creatures and kills were ludicrous and jolting to the point where nothing worked. Special effects were insipid and the acting was stale. I’m sorry, I really wanted to like this.
