Awesome quality and definitely watchable but you canāt see a single line of the subtitles for the sign language haha that and theyāre just quite enough you canāt really hear them either. Not as good as the first movie but definitely worth a watch and much better than I feared it would be.
Sequels of surprise hits tend to merely double down on everything CGI and forget about everything else. Itās not the case here although the movie is suffering from action scenes overload compared to the first movie which quiet moments indeed made the movie truly special.
I actually enjoyed the film,despite the negative comments. Mainly mediocre films out these days. definitely a cut above.

Watched it and there was lots of drama and a fair bit of action, but you really should wait for a better copy. Due to the whispering and sign language necessary in a film like this, it was difficult to follow as the picture and sound quality was poor.
I didnāt like it as much as the first one. To be honest, I didnāt like the first one that much either. I do appreciate the creativity and it is not lost on me that our news and government has acknowledged that UFOs are real which leaves me to wonder - will they be like this? I hope not but this movie does leave me with a lot to consider. I guess the best thing I can say about this movie is that it is thought provoking. Enjoy!

Ok movie but felt real cut short, like the original was a 2 and 1/2 hour cut. I think the pacing would have been better with a 3 season tv show on Net flix.
It was not quite as good as the first because there was more mystery in the first one since we didnāt even know what it looked like in the first one. But, it was a fantastic movie compared to what else is being released these days.

I predict A Quiet Place Part III since it ended the way it did. I agree with you Kid Kryptonite, we need to know where they came from! Are the alien life forms? Unlike The Silence, we know where those creatures came from. Maybe a part III will answer those questions and wrap it up and be the end of it. No need to drag it out for 2 more sequels!

Saw it in theaters.. WOW it was intense and the jump scares were ridiculous! Had everyone laughing after, surprised by their own reaction lolā¦ Some came out of left field too so they really got you goodā¦doing moves only a contortionist could normally pull offš. It was again filled with impossible situations that had you holding your breath and squirming in your seat at every close call, especially when it involves children! I too had a lot of unanswered questions and I didnāt like the abrupt feeling it leftā¦not to mention the delayed actions by some charactersā¦PUSH THE BUTTON ALREADY BEEZY FOR F SAKES!!! You have to know what I mean! Plus, why didnāt she just leave her hearing aid on!? so annoying but all in all it was a great movie and I feel another one has to happen to wrap up loose ends maybe. He will only do a third one if this one does well. I feel people are spoiled when it comes to movies now days and a lot of times will only say itās good if itās almost perfectā¦this movie is a very effective thriller/horror and of course its not a new idea so maybe not as scary to some because we know what to expect in a way but i feel its still intense, fun and scary af! a tense and suspenseful sequel plenty of action i liked it -plus a little explanation about the creatures and their weaknesses a 3rd movie would be interesting - in a world that demands mandatory silence for survival better pray you have a lot of WD 40 or CRC
it was ok , over hyped but watchable
Not complaining, but I notice this more and more, that UK, Irish, or Aussie actors are used to portray Americans in films. Does someone know about the film industry and can explain this? Are there not enough American actors? Are they going for a certain ālookā? I just find it odd.

I watched this in theaters and I thought it was great! It was very intense with a lot of jump scares, yell out loud and I think I just peed my pants moments lolā¦it was a fun ride! Seriously, what are people complaining about, I mean, what did you expect??? Maybe it was hyped up for too long? IDK, all I know is that it was an adrenaline pumping experience in the theater, totally different experience then watching your TV. Yes there were things Iād change about it but itās not supposed to be taken so seriously! Iāve been an avid movie & series watcher from a very young age and no way is this movie terrible! If you could take or leave the first one or it was just ok then your probably just not into these type of movies! People expect way too much out of movies now days, always complaining, āitās the cgiā or āits the scriptā, itās always something! Movies have come a long way and people are pretty spoiled now, always expecting top notch everything or they give it the harshest of criticism! Go watch some B rated movies and tell me this was bad!? Where Is The logic?? For his second movie, just testing the waters to see what reaction heād getā¦itās pretty fāing good! I hope there is a part 3 because itās fun and Iām invested in the story but Iām also into these types of movies, I love them, its fun if you let it be!! Happy Watching!

Fine but needed another hour to go somewhere. Felt a bit like a teaser for part 3 honestly. Not nearly as bad as people have made it seem, i liked it but again i wish there was another hour of movie so it could actually go somewhere with what it set up.

Without a doubt or question, all is clearly understood od any and all delays due to Covid-19. Nothing has been as it was and we all need to adjust and get used to it as long as we need to. I do have one question though. What does Krasinski mean exactly, in making his statement about his itās impossible for the world to experience āA Quiet Place Part IIā together, which is his ultimate wish for the movie.ā??? Is he referring to being actually together as in a movie theater? While that sounds nice, by the time weād all safely be able to do that?? āThe Placeā will get even quieter, with a Part III - more togetherness for the world can experience I guess? I personally disagree.

There are some truy great sequels, like Mad Max 2 or Godfather 2 for example, but unfortunately A Quiet Place Part II isnāt one of them. Itās watchable and there are brief moments when your attention is fully engaged and youāre reminded, firstly what made the original so good and then secondly, what went so wrong with the sequel.
Like 99% of current major film productions, you canāt help but intuit itās filmmaking by committee with more concern over ticking the inclusivity boxes than any desire to tell a powerful story or make a memorable film.

was the deaf girl actually deaf? She tried really hard to keep quiet even thou she cant even hear any thingā¦cuz shes DEAF, also she reacts to startling loud sounds like monsters and bird. just some dumb writing.
This has to be one of the stupidest things Iāve ever heard anyone say. Sheās deaf. She tries hard to keep quiet so the monsters that hunt by sound wonāt kill her. She gets startled by sudden movement just like everyone else. And she may be able to hear very loud sounds, youāre not her audiologist

I thought both 1 & 2 were equally good. Thoroughly enjoyed it! 4/5
Definitely not as good as the original. Had some of the STUPIDEST plot points. I donāt try to think too hard when watching movies, but even i couldnāt ignore how dumb alot of the plot points were.
Still, itās totally fine for a one-time watch.
Knew I should have waited. The commercial version was near torture. Com se com sa. Patience is a virtue.
