Too slow
Hope this show doesn’t go the way of wayward pines or under the dome and others like it. They always get cancelled before even a bit of closure. But thats what I expect.
fyi the Wayward Pines books answer everything. They fully wrap up all threads. There’s 3 books but they’re super fast easy reads and there’s good audio versions too. Under the Dome also has a book ofc but it answers nothing.

I did skip epi 3,4,5,6 and went straight to epi 7. As many have commented, it has The Dome, Wayward Pines feel and Silo. Of the 3, I did watch season 1 & 2 of Silo, but just couldn’t wade through the seasons of The Dome and WP. The pace of Paradise could be faster though.
I liked better when it was called Wayward Pines
at least wayward pines was a good show, after watching 2 episodes i find this show dull and drawn out..

After the 3rd episode I skipped to the 7th episode when the sh!t hits the fan and they show the extinction level event happening. That was worth the watch.
I don’t think I missed much by skipping 4,5, and 6.

Well it was no secret that it was coming and it is in the episode description and title of ep 7.
Still not ok to give spoilers no matter how many are given away by the show description. Some of us try not to pay attention to those descriptions so we are more surprised watching the epi. Again, thank you for rectifying the spoiler.
I’m near the end of the 3rd episode and struggling to stick with it but it is moving sooooooooooo slow.
And much of the music is annoying, too loud, constant and unnecessary.
