I hope it’s as good or even better than E.R. I think it’s going to be better. I had a feeling it would have producers from E.R. and I was right, and not just any but the one and only John Wells. I will expect, high intensity, grittness, and the episodes to be very realistic.

I like it… Noah Wylie is the original doctor dreamy. First two episodes kept my attention.

Each week I tell myself that this episode and each episode occurs on the same day! This is a different glimpse into the routine of emergency rooms in large cities. I would be mentally and physically exhausted doing this job everyday. I like this type of medical drama, we hear and see only what the writer/director wants us to know. No seeing where they live, the people in their lives, we see only what happens at the emergency room. We do get tidbits of what is in their lives outside the emergency room which I’m okay with.
