Ankle monitors talk to people now? Well in an case I’ll have to look that up. It’s getting more interesting but it doesn’t have the grit and fast pace of E.R.
I think the reason this feels slower to you is that ER would be hours or days/weeks crammed into one 45 minute episode & this portrays a single hour in a shift making it seem slower. A for grit, idk, it feels on par to me. I loved ER, this feels like a more realistic version of it with a little less soap opera drama. I look forward to watching more.
Yes I realize they made time for character development with this show, which is an important part of the process. I feel completely different about this show now. I think it’s even better than E.R. The sadness I feel when the show is over is very overwhelming
I heard such good things about this show that I decided to wait so I could binge :) I used to look forward to my “Thursday night cry” when watching ER back in the day and this is definitely giving me that same feeling.
