another good horror added Steven King what more do i need to say
this is a comedy horror film with final destination vibes
This was a great movie. Really well done, with a touch of Stephen King twisted humor at exactly the best moments as only Mr. King can deliver. Well worth the watch and I’ll likely watch it again.
This was better than it should have been. King adaptations rarely live up to the source material. It’s been years since I’ve read the story this was based off of, but I’mma gonna have to watch this again. Some of the deaths were just too funny.
Almost wish I saw it in the cinema.

Yeah survivor type was the grossest most perverse of Stephen Kings’ short stories, I have to say. I have heard they made a movie of it but can’t find it anywhere. “lady fingers I forgot about that part until you mentioned it hahaha

“The Survivor Type” (available on Youtube) has already been done and it was almost exactly how I imagined it when reading the book.
Yes there is a horror comic version I don’t recommend watching. It sucked. It was a animated special listed in the first season of Creep show(2019). The yt version you mentioned was really well done. I watched it a few weeks ago, finally. I’ve only been searching for it for many years.. Have a great day. Hopefully they will consider bring The Jaunt to the big picture and we will get our wish granted some day :)

What a great film! It’s a bit campy but the story flows so well that it works. I’m glad I waited for the DVD version before watching it. Lots of sight gags I probably would have missed.

Christian Convery (Sweet Tooth, Cocaine Bear) will play Hal and Bill as kids, and Theo James (The Gentlemen, X-Men ‘97) will play the twins as adults. The film also stars Tatiana Maslany (She–Hulk: Attorney at Law), Elijah Wood (Yellowjackets), Colin O’Brien (Wonka), Rohan Campbell (The Hardy Boys), and Sarah Levy (Schitt’s Creek). The Monkey at a still-to-be-determined date.
First off, I couldn’t watch the CAM and the WR is out, so I found and watched that. As a very long time SK fan, I found this adaptation lacking in SK’s voice and style. It’s got carnage, but it lacks anything remotely SK. The acting is fine, but the character development is almost absent, and that is what separates SK from other horror writers. There is also a huge absence of “heart”. I’m really sad to say how lacking this is. Truly. It’s very generic and the monkey isn’t right; only readers will know this, which isn’t the main reason for my disappointment. It’s all of the elements together are nothing but loose objects strung together for shock factor. 2.5/5
The monkey isn’t right because Disney/Pixar have had a trademark on it since Toy Story 3.

The cam copy doesn’t seem to be too bad. Not just visually but auditory is good too.
Might have to check this one out.
The AAC YTS file has no end credits. Just black screen and silence at the end, for several minutes. But the movie quality seems to be OK.
Fantastic horror/comedy. The kills are absolutely grotuesque…I loved it.
As a lifelong Stephen King reader, I enjoyed this movie. It definitely has his sense of humor.
