1st time watching this series since the reviews are good, 1st episode is ok, not 100% convinced with the split screen editing.
But, the 3 main actors are just not interesting at all so far, this guy is no Walter Bishop.
On to episode 2 praying it clicks into place soon.

This is actually really good. I’m more surprised on the quality. Doesn’t feel like watching past soaps. This feels more modern and high quality for some reason. I loved the 1st episode so far. Can’t wait for more.

I agree with you on this. Michelle Randolph appeared in 1923 in season 1 which was 2022/2023. Landman was filmed from February through June of 2024 and aired on November 17, 2024. Her first appearance in 1923 was in the year 2022. Confusing of course but people really should do some research before posting comments.

3 episodes in and im hooked like i was with the original dexter great series so far amazing how much he looks like what u would expect a younger dex to look like and Hall narrating it just puts the perfect finish on it

As I was watching this episode, I was thinking Michelle Randolph looks familiar. She is now in 2 Taylor Sheridan dramas! We saw her this past fall playing Aynsley Norris in Landman. Will she continue to be in both dramas? I thought surely that the mountain lion was going to………..

I would have respected him more if he had just taken a guilty plea. He was in charge, he hired that hot mess chick as the armorer, they were playing around with live ammo in prop guns on the set. He put Halyna’s family through so much more pain by going to trial. Sure, he had good lawyers, he got the conviction reversed on an evidence technicality last year, but it just shows how far he went to avoid talking any responsibility. Imagine if he put that kind of effort into firearm safety on the set of his movie?

Taylor Sheridan is the creator of the series, not the writer.. I just watched the first 6 eps. This is a good show, Stallone is in his element.

really wanted to like this however it didnt have the hook to get me to continue this series like the original series. ted black being the best lawyer in la not checking the fine print just makes him stupid. it would have been better if it was not connected to the original series instead be its own thing. they are bringing back harvey specter for 3 episodes but that wont be enough to save this show.

It was funny I liked it. Good for a one time watch.
