Reading the description it sounds like a new version of “Lord of the Flies”
this is one of those shows that are so good casted and well written that it does not need action to make you want more of it, three ep:s in and it’s already top 3 of new series this year.
I love it! Amazing cast and music, they got everything spot on for the time period and its shot really well…takes me right back. I’m wondering if Juliet Lewis helped direct or produce this…feels like it. I’m happy to see her, Ricci and Lynskey on the screen again! I already know this show is going to be good af, especially with these bad@zz leading women!

This show is all over the place, the characters are annoying AF. Although I watched it all (my OCD won’t let me stop) and enjoyed most of it, I still think pretty much nothing was answered. Season 2 will probably be 10 episodes of no information again.

I was a bit hesitant to check this out. But then I watched the first episode. And second. And 3rd. And 4th! Then I binged the next 4 episodes. And a day later I just watched episode 9. This show is amazing! Season Finale next week, already. But I hear they renewed it. Amazing casting. Ricci plays crazy so well, Lewis is great as a jaded addict, Linskey manages to make adult Shauna into someone clueless (but lowkey vicious), and Cypress portrays a combination of power and vulnerability (and sex appeal) that few actresses can balance. Rounded out with Liv Hewson (“Fear Street”), Ella Purnell (“Army of the Dead”), Steven Krueger (“The Originals”), and more, this show has everything!
