I have no idea how to feel about this movie… woah! Scary part is it might be a true story….
i feel like its unrealistic that the remnant would exist (scifi could be behavioural i guess it could be like a what if scenario, like what if lots of people got turned on by deconstructionism if millions of people disappear all of a sudden).. i dont think people think/feel existentially even with something like that.. like after war, most people just get on with life.. it remains with you but you dont go all remnant about it.. some might but i think thats in the population anyway.. like they even say in the show, even though the blip happened, people die all the time. blip
quite possible im misunderstanding the remnant..
Last thing we saw Karen in was this. Has a great old school cast. Not to be confused with the Jason Biggs & Isla Fisher flick of the same name released maybe 3 years later. It’s stupid but also a good movie that we like a lot.
Ken Buck is useless. Too bad Jon didn’t take his own words and use them against Buck.
I’m very disappointed in him…but who cares, anyway.
Today, we file reports regarding aircraft malfunctioning with a different frame of mind than 80 years ago. In the WWII era, some people actually believed that gremlins might be responsible for mechanical failures, so that was great material for a 7 minute Warner Bros short featuring Bugs Bunny.
Bob Clampett directs & Warren Foster wrote this toon that’s very inspired by Tex Avery in a time where a lot of studios were also shooting bits about gremlins, so Warner retitled this toon to Falling Hare. Voiced by Mel Blanc, this gremlin takes a lot of his vocal inspiration from Lou Costello of the Abbott & Costello comedy team.
Carl Stalling has a rip-roaring musical score that quotes several songs that emphasize the over-the-top screwball comedy of the toon. This is one of the toons that failed to meet a copyright renewal deadline, so it fell into public domain & was used a lot, including for the Gremlins 2 movie.
Plot is original enough to be interesting and it’s very funny if you don’t get defensive. It delivers what was promised.
Besides Mel, legendary Looney Tunes writers Ted & Mike provide voices for this nutty toon.
this reminds me of my friend george lidster
Let us not forget it’s unworthy successor SDarko with BJ & The Bear Greg Evigan’s daughter Brianna Evigan. https://www.primewire.tf/movie/331484-s-darko

This is the one. However, the closest runner-up is Lux Radio Theater featuring Rennie. Armed Forces Radio Services (AFRS) broadcast it also on Hollywood Radio Theater. Also check out Fantastic Films.
this is the movie i watch every year right before christmas…. one of my favorites since i was little. if you dont have this on your to watch around every christmas…. make it on your list. 5/5 stars
Carol Kane is hilarious in this. She really did hurt Bill when she got his tongue, but she was perfect for the part.
Bob McKimson’s own take on the Einstein-Rosen bridge pre-dates Dark Matter by about 7 decades.
And everyone thought the dude with the nut in Ice Age was original. This predates it by half a century.
One cool lady & super-duper hero. The war is indeed never over, Miss Lydia.
Saw a trailer for the new season and it looks good and Adam Rodriguez joins the team! He was in CSI Miami. Two more days to wait though.
There has been so much whining about this show, but it got 5 seasons. TOS only got 3 and none of them got more than 7. Despite all the haters, it’s finished in the top 10 steaming shows for the last 3 weeks and will likely be there this week as well. All in all, it was a worthy addition to the Trek Universe, and I’ll miss having a live action Trek fix because it’s going to be awhile before we get anything new. Strange New Worlds in 2025, Starfleet Academy in 2026, and still no word on when Section 31 will be happening.
Documentary/fantasy? WTF? Ah, Dinesh D’Souza. Nevermind.

Think i still prefer the old B&W film of the same name
This was a pretty decent remake, but yeah, I remember watching the original when I was a kid, and that was the shyte when it came out. Sometimes it’s pretty hard to improve on the original, even if it’s the old B&W copy.
BTW, if you are doing this on purpose… you’re a terrible person, but I gotta admit I admire your sense of humor!
No, simply didn’t catch it, and has been a heck of a long time since I watched Enterprise….and I probably missed a couple episodes…
A lot of work was done trying to recreate the scenes. The interviews were put together well, very human stories, from the perspectives of the grunts mostly, which is where you would find that humanity in war. some sad moments. I thought it was an interesting idea, collage the lipsyncs with real footage with reenactments, normally im not a super fan of reenactments but this was decent, unceremonious. some of the lipsyncs were much better than others i thought. but its the same with audiobooks, readers reading out someone else’s work can change the inflection. i have been around norman beaches. can not imagine hundreds of thousands of bodies littering them “a dead person every two metres”.
I was seriously addicted to the game ~ loved it to bits. Thought this would be a great watch, I mean look at the voice cast, holy hell! Well, I made it through the third ep and then I just wanted to permanently imbed myself into the mesh… ‘Arked’ by Wildcard, again. 💩
This show was supposedly renewed and started the next season in march of this year….
FFS! Are you doing this on purpose?
You wrote: “that the guy with the glasses that… named himself as ‘Agent (can’t remember now)’ from the Enterprise….”
He named himself “Agent Daniels.” That is the name of a recurring character on the TV series Star Trek: Enterprise. That character was a time traveler. That character was not Odo in drag. You’re making up bullshit because you don’t know what’s going on, because you weren’t paying attention, because you didn’t think it was important when someone was telling you who they were.

Odo is not a time traveler. Just long lived. And pretty hard to kill. How did the writers of the show make it someone else? I just tossed it how there as a hypothetical, yet you have not shown me to be wrong yet.

Damn, Edward Snowden did an awesome job on this interview.
I couldn’t help it but the tears came anyway from laughter.
Was the kid found alive? I don’t wanna keep watching if not.

See the Movie “Hot Tub Time Machine” for a comical connection of what is spoken here in this episode.
Maybe the producer of this show knows of the writer of HTTM?
This is an excellent episode BTW.
The Movie: The Matrix ripped off some scenes and even the vocal intonations of the men in the group before switching to the man in the greenhouse who was former KGB and he played one in a few 007 James Bond films.

Extra ironic, given his earlier tirade.
