Superheroes have a tough job. They work hard. The hours are long. The pay is terrible. No one tips a superhero. At this point in his life, our superhero is simply doing it because the pay from his merchandising and comic book sales pays the rent. After a long night of fighting crime, our exhausted superhero’s day isn’t looking too great. When all he wants is to finally eat his lunch (which was supposed to be dinner the night before), he’s forced to stop a mugger instead. When he runs into the bushes to change into his superhero’s outfit, a bad day spirals out of control as James, a precocious teen at the right place and right time, snaps revealing photos of our superhero’s secret identity. Unable to simply steal the camera because of his moral code, he’s forced to acquiesce to James’ demands. At the end of the day, what started as a bad situation turns into a pretty super day for both of them. Mostly. |
