very fun flick!! formulaic perfection and the whole family is happy… you’ll enjoy this watch, love/hate.(somebody is gonna complain🤷♂️.😝😝 Chemistry and acting are great!👍👍
I honestly didn’t have high expectations for this movie, but it was a fun watch. Nothing really new, but it was well put together. I’d literally watch anything with Emily Blunt in it.

If you enjoy PG-13 adventure movies - The Mummy/Indiana Jones/Jumanji - then it’s a great 2hr ride. I’d say it’s tame enough for younger viewers if they’ve seen similar and survived.
Also stars Jack Whitehall - who finally gets to be in a Disney movie!
Jack Whitehall could be the new Cary Elwes.

This was good, not great. Witty dialogue and some decent stunts, though some were just over the top ridiculous. I would rather see Indiana Jones or even Romancing the Stone. Also, the ending is brutal.

Oof. The movie is fine enough. It’s humorous. Has lots of action. But it just wasn’t very good. I’m definitely not watching this more than once. It felt like it went on forever. Obviously trying to replicate the success of Pirates of the Caribbean.

This movie was good. Emily Blunt rocks! What a pleasure in discovering Jack Whitehall. The special effects were awesome! (Loved the tiger!) Everyone was great - except Duane Johnson… He REALLY needs to take some acting classes!! Could’ve been Great.
Movie reminds of Jack Sparrow with Mummy overtones thrown in. Aside from one scene the movie had family entertainment and wasn’t overly bad. 3/5
Great film enjoyed every moment of it. Even the Rock’s jokes. Totally entertaining from beginning to end. I have particularly like watching Dwayne Johnson mature as an actor. I feel this is his best work I have seen to date.

If you like standard disney action/adventure/romance then you will not be disappointed. Not a bad movie if you’re up for it, but I doubt this will spawn a toy line or cartoon series. my suggestion … watch, enjoy and forget.

A bit corny at times but still watchable.
Great movie, but there is a few loose ends I am curious why they did not resolve.. Are they really condamning the four conquistadors to an eternity of torture ?? And what did they do with the last petal ??
I would find it quite disturbing that they create the backstory of the conquistador, that he was only trying to save his daughter, and then condamn him to be slowly eaten by the forest, forever.
Anyways, new millenia, new codes. Pretty disturbing for somebody my age.
Maybe it was due to the fact that he slaughtered an entire village instead of just trying to talk to the medicine man. It’s not like diplomacy hadn’t yet been introduced to the civilized world.
Well this was an uexpected, pleasant, suprise!!! How fun!!!
