In 2011, a then 11 year old Kate began training in Shaolin Kung Fu. Her Master operates a dojo in the Chinatown part of Los Angeles. She trained in forms, swords, nunchucks, bo staff and stunts. Her personal experiences, training, and performances are shared in this positive, action-oriented and light-hearted documentary.
