Another Life centers on astronaut Niko Breckinridge who is focused on searching for alien intelligence. She leads a crew on a mission to explore the genesis of an alien artifact. As Niko and her young crew investigate, they face unimaginable danger on what might very well be a one-way mission.

Thank you! Before scrolling down to the comments I was thinking this could be cool or it could involve a bunch of immature teens ruining it. Thanks for saving me from this show!!

I’m trying to like this. I have Netflix and I’d saved it in my List, and I am finally giving it a watch today. I find the parts on earth with the music-playing entity thing more interesting than the space parts. Katee Sackhoff is a really bad actress, and I found that out last year after watching her in a movie about some entity that landed in Antarctica and which was mostly monologue acting/interacting with a computer voice. It was at best like watching a very bad high school play. When she was supposed to be reminiscing, it was so fake. And she’s really hard to look at. I never watched the remake of Battlestar Galactica, because I was a fan of the original series, and I actually read the book when I was 13, and Starbuck will only and always ever be Dirk Benedict, but I like space shows, and there’s really nothing out there right now except this, and I was hoping that she had gotten a bit better. And I’m going to give the fourth and fifth episode a chance, but I really hope I’m not going to continue to be disappointed and kind of creeped out just by her in general. I mean, a little bit of make up wouldn’t have hurt.

Oh Yea. Looks promising and binge watch for me if all 10 eps drop as you say @RoboPhone Finally something to look forward to

WOW! I cant wait for season 2. this series is a must see for any syfy fan. get comfortable because its gonna be a long ride. you’re not gonna want to stop watching this epic journey, I couldn’t help but binge the entire series in one sitting. the cgi in episodes 9 and 10 could have been a little better, but im not complaining ( you’ll understand when you get there). The shows a mix between Aliens, Battlestar Galactica, and Lost in space. It kind of has a feel of an older Stephen King movie, like the langoliers or The stand. Enjoy.

This series reminds me so much of SGU. You know the mission you know the past just not what comes in between.
Great show thats is for sure. Well worth the watch. TY Uploader for all 10eps.

Coming Soon New Netflix Sci-Fi Series.

All 10 episodes of Season One scheduled to drop on July 25th 2019.

This series boasts a substantial amount of genre star power, including Katee Sackhoff (Battlestar Galactica-2004), Selma Blair (Lost in Space-2018) and Tyler Hoechlin (Supergirl-2016, Teen Wolf-2014), among others.

Watch the Official Trailer HERE.

And don’t forget to Add this to Your Watch List!

I will watch all the episodes, however the acting is really bad or perhaps really bad directing. The whole crew of astronauts react to everything hyper emotionally and completely irrationally. Especially when you consider the training they all would have gone through to be in the positions they are in.

Thank you! Before scrolling down to the comments I was thinking this could be serious, great sci-fi or it could be cheesy crap involving a bunch of immature or unprofessional crew members. I hate sci-fi with a serious plot, with obvious trillions spent and years engineering and developing a space project and then hiring a crew that obviously isn’t suited for their jobs. Instead, from your review it sounds exactly like the crappy TV I want to avoid. Thanks for saving me from this show!!

What a great treat to have dropped during the summer drought of new tv . I’m only 2 eps in , but this is well worth a watch ! ….. Update … Im 6 epsidoes in and its becoming boringly systematic take 2 step forward knock back 3 … these poor people everyday a new disaster …

Great series!!! Started out of morbid curiosity as a sci fi writer/ junkie, but got instantly goat roped into a binge from start to finish… Give us more! This should enjoy a long run.
