Professionals is set against a backdrop of international espionage and corporate sabotage in the 21st century's privately-funded space race and follows hardened former counterintelligence officer Captain Vincent Corbo. After their advanced medical satellite explodes on deployment, billionaire futurist Peter Swann and his fiancée, medical visionary Dr. Graciela "Grace" Davila, turn to Corbo. This has been surprisingly good…cheesy but good
Yeah, I have to agree that the acting by some of the extras is rather bad and sometimes it’s really cheesy! But, a good watch if you’ve not found anything else to watch. I thought TNT would produce better quality programs. Well, we won’t have a season 2! It’s been canceled.
Brendan Frasier reminds me of the older William Shatner. Not so much to look at anymore, but still talented and nice to watch. I’m here for Tom Welling, though.

i’m torn on whether to watch. i mean i love the big blue boy scout and want to support him but i’m not sure if i have room in my schedule for this
watched first episode and it was a pretty solid episode and I enjoyed it quite a bit.
Well, I’m still on the fence on this one. Good cast, decent action scenes and interesting storyline. However, there is still something ‘off’ about it. It might be because it’s a bit ‘corny’ or that they make a big thing out of small activities or the overly dramatic music. But I will keep watching just for the wonderful cast with my fingers crossed that it gets better in time.

awful in everyway , cheesy script and story if you can call it that , low production values , this is almost filmed on a camcorder , avoid !!

I have not watched this drama, but the CW has cancelled it and it is now looking for a new home. Some of the comments are a bit brutal but not sure if I want to start watching it since it has been cancelled. Kind of surprised it was cancelled since Fraser won an Oscar.
Have you ever seen “The Producers” where they set out to make a flop on purpose? I think this, might be that same scenario. Because it is difficult to believe that with the kinda talent both in front of and behind the camera, this show can be this bad. I am trying so very hard to like it, but they are making it impossible. The continuity errors alone are mind blowing, biggest being, the lack of ‘filters’ in scenes that are clearly meant to be ‘dark’. I don’t blame any of the actors for this mess, the blame is on the production team. This makes me wonder if anyone even bothered screening this show before releasing it.
