Loved the comic book. Didn’t expect much from the movie. Watched to see Eiza Gonzalez kick ass. Wasn’t disappointed by that standard. Everything else has been done better in 10 different movies or tv shows though.
Well-done sci-fi action flick that deserved a better star than Vin Diesel. Why are people convinced he’s a good actor?
Sliver-lining with the virus is that we are getting all these movies that are supposed to be in theatre coming straight to DVD/streaming.
Despite the fact that Vin Diesel is a sht actor I thought the movie was very exciting.
A lot of action. A lot of “aha” moments. A lot of cool CGI tech.
And a lot of Sam Heughan. ;)

I sure wish I had a better add-blocker! Porno pop-ups are not my bag. Movie looks good. The sound is a bit off but it will get better with the next upload. Nice picture with good quality. Keep up the good work!

Picture quality is a bit over-exposed, but good color saturation. Audio is a bit booming with an echo reverb, which is tolerable considering.
Don’t know why the hate. I thoroughly enjoyed the movie.
Fast and Furious meets the Truman Show. Meh.

Guess he finds it predictable because he predicted it? You found it well executed because you didn’t. I’m just guessing here but opinions are opinions. Everybody has one. Nobody has the ultimate one.

I’m guessing it was ‘predictable’ to him because the trailers have away so much, including the twist. This film is one of the reasons I tend to avoid trailers a bit, they’re too spoiler-y these days. I’d suggest ppl avoid trailers it they want to go into movies fresh.
Yeah this movies was hot garbage… Vin is way to old for this role, he should stick to playing Groot…..

There is nothing really wrong with the movie, its just a fun flick to watch. Nothing wrong with Vin either. Just dont expect some deep compelling story with some deep hidden meaning. After the first twist it all becomes quite predicatable. Like I said before its still a fun flick to watch.
That was much better than I thought it would be. No masterpiece but watchable and for the most part enjoyable. 6.5/10
Movie is fine. Nothing exceptional but nothing TOO awful if you know what you’re getting yourself into. Dumb popcorn flick with some decent action and VFX.
How did I not watch this movie in 2020? I must have seen the trailer but forgot to watch it. Going on the list to watch.

Well that was fun!😛 I do love me a crazy action pic, and this one fit the bill. Vin Diesel is usually entertaining with his gruff scenery-chewing, and he didn’t disappoint here. I liked that the ending hinted at possible sequel(s).

basically
universal soldier was about a soldier being brought from the dead. no “superpowers” as per se. was dead so couldn’t die again without extreme measures. he was dead a soldier brainwashed….hence not dead, but comatose whien brainwashed into being this person. he was person, but had no feelings or sense of pain due to the brainwashing. this becomes evident in US 2+ as the timeline goes on. jean claude remembers who he is, and becomes the soldier he used to be with the same morals and the family that has “buried” him yrs before.
Clearly you need to rewatch Universal Soldiers as they DID have super human powers. Case in point he pushes a truck all night long at 30 some odd miles an hour. As for the rest of your reply… YOU JUST DESCRIBED THIS MOVIE TOO! It is the exact same.

Pretty good movie. Not much as far as originality goes, but it was still entertaining nonetheless. If you like vin diesel then you’ll like this movie.
Vin is old… Movie is maybe 2.5/5
Movie isn’t going to win any awards but it’s actually a pretty fun action moive with a nice take on a like tech-antihero. Would recommend if your into action flicks and looking for something to watch, i honestly think the people that are going harsh on this movie are expecting like avengers level of quality.
Silly stuff, that’s well worth missing.
