On December 17, 1995, a large consignment of weapons was dumped in the constituent state of Western Bengal in Eastern India. The operation was planned in Denmark and three Danes were involved according to the police. The leader of the operation, Niels Christian Nielsen, is still a free man. The documentary follows in his footsteps, in search of the man himself and his motive. |
