Abel, a 21 year old writer with more talent then sense, finds himself caught up in a scene that he is not proud of. In a moment of desperation Abel kicks himself out of his own party and heads straight to his best friend’s house. It is 2am and the couples relationship is fraught as they are trying to negotiate the subtle line between friendship and romance. Abel quickly realizes that her own troubles far eclipse his own. Night Bell deals with the paradox of a deep desire for connection coupled with a fear of intimacy present in our twenties. |
