The lonely bee hovers freely from flower to flower, taking nectar from one, taking nectar from another, taking a small piece of the flower with her each and every time. Eventually at day’s end the lonely bee comes home to the beehive where life of collectivity and structure prevails. ‘Flowers of Evil’ tells the story of people’s loneliness and their ultimate quest for love and the feeling of belonging together in a society. |
