‘Revenge of Blue Harbor’ follows two detectives and their new intern, Rookie, as they investigate a strange case of the mind controlled populace of a small coastal town. A team of evil, power hungry villains seek to control the entire world by turning everyone into ‘phone drones.’ Their leader, Daemon Winters, also wants revenge on the detectives, who foiled his plans for global domination five years ago. The antagonists slowly spin their web of clues for the sleuths, while the detectives repeatedly arrive at the wrong conclusions. Eventually, the Rookie figures out the mystery, defeats the technological mastermind behind the mind control app, and finally saves the detectives and Blue Harbor from certain doom. *This movie was created and performed through improvisation and collaboration by members of ‘Adventure Club SLO’, an alternative day program for people with special needs such as autism and other neurological challenges. Ted Levine (Silence of the Lambs, Shutter Island, Monk) guest stars.
