The story follows Maya, a young woman whose best friend, Zoe, dies tragically in an unexpected accident. Distraught with grief, Maya finds it hard to cope and move forward. Through intense visual imagery, poetic voice-over and flashbacks of memories juxtaposed with the beautiful nature of northern Minnesota and Wisconsin, we follow Maya on her inner journey to acceptance and healing. She soon discovers that her friend is not gone, but is a part of everything the universe has created. |
