I am interested in using video for art therapy. In art therapy creating a montage from magazines and photographs is a common exercise. I attempted to do the same with video clips that had meaning for me. In this video I was attempting to express my own temptation in ‘face book stalking’ an old ex, giving in to the temptation, the feelings of guilt and anger and finally a self critical part insisting I ‘act like a man’. After calming down and processing all these emotions I’m left feeling weak but wiser. |
