Enthentha Dooram…? This short feature film Titles ‘Enthentha Dooram..?’ is centered on Education and its importance. Especially in a educationally backward region like Telangana, rural area people have second thoughts about extending resources for higher education to their children mainly due to immense poverty. Intending to educate such families and make them aware of their value of education, we made this short feature film. This short feature portrays the real-time conditions of rural people and their attitude towards education. Dhanunjay, the son of a poor laborer Muthaiah successfully completes his Intermediate studies ( Plus two) and aspires to pursue higher studies. Unfortunately, Muthaiah rejects Dhanunjay’s higher education plans as poverty stands as a barrier for necessary resources. ‘Enthentha Dooram’ illustrates the struggle that Dhanunjay faces and his wittiness in utilizing the government facilities to score well in his academics. His character is a role model to many poor students across the world aspiring to reach great heights through education but stepping back due to poverty. In a scene that furnishes a party hosted by a land lord, Muthaiah realizes that education is the root for prosperity, and comprehends that he must stop consuming alcohol and transform into a responsible father. What made Muthaiah turn into a responsible father..? This is a real-time story that portrays many lives on this planet.
