The film is a drama/thriller inspired by true events, an African American teen fire bombs a police station during a riot which is started over the death of his mother, a deaf black woman and his infant brother, while hiding out from the police in the home of a neighborhood prostitute, the teen and the prostitute eventually take the officer hostage that killed his family and they are all forced by circumstance to confront their opposing views within a fictional rioting city nicknamed Rahab. |
