Man , woman and a thief is a modern day noir love story between a pickpocket, a business man, and a young waitress. The pickpocket trails the businessman waiting for his chance to remove his wallet from him alongside a city pier. A woman is standing on the pier awaiting the businessman, the pickpocket stops and cannot follow any further as they get closer to the woman, the pickpocket stands with dismay in his eyes of what he has just followed this potential mark into…Has the business man lead the pickpocket into his own attempt at a greater act of theft?
