‘Fallen Snow’ is inspired by the Shooting of Constable Jeremy Snow, a Police Officer in South Auckland, New Zealand in 2009. He was both a friend and a colleague of the writer and director Logan Judd. In Fallen Snow you will experience what it might have been for the Police Officer as he lay in the backyard, bleeding out on that terrifying night. Told through the eyes of a director who not only knows what it looks like to be a police officer, but what it feels like. This statement piece includes live news footage of the actual event. The New Zealand Police still remain one of the few unarmed Police Services in the world. |
