Wayne Kwall, a volunteer actor in Rochester, NY, struggles to find balance between his hobby of film making and his real life. His son Brandon has just moved back in with him after ten years and as a single parent to a rock star kid he tries to prove himself as a successful person. Within the movie Wayne is acting in, ‘People Without Answers,’ he plays a self help author who has all the answers. In the self-help world Duncan Miller, Wayne’s character, has become a threat to other self-help gurus who are prepared to take action against them. Is the self-help world the goofy world, or the real one? In either one it seems people just don’t have all the answers. |
