One of John Candys BEST imo..but then again, aren’t they ALL amazing? The guy was a legend…It’s nice that i grew up just down the street from where he did, i always felt a connection with the man i guess being from the same neighborhood (just different generations)…anyways, Uncle Buck is one of my top 3 faves…another is Who’s Harry Crumb and thirdly, i think its a tie between The Great Outdoors and Planes, Trains and Automobiles…as for Uncle Buck starring a very young Mackauly Culkin in his first movie role prior to Home Alone, i give this a solid 10/10 for great comedy and a great coming of age story.
