And Clap for the Wolfman by the Guess Who, too! 🇨🇦
Gordon Lightfoot, and Burton Cummings are 2 of my all time favourite Canadian (my home and native land) artists, and King is one of my all time favourite writers. I liked the movie about 3/5 worth, but Gord and the Guess Who bumped it up for me.
It’s been at least 40 years since I saw the original, and longer since I read the book. I think it’s time to revist them both.
I watched the original numerous times on VHS. I grew up in the country, no cable so much of what I watch were movies my Dad made copies of what we rented. Salem’s lot was one of my favs’ from the horror genre and The Exorcist was number 1. I loved the Guess Who as well. No sugar tonight, or hand me down world were great ones too. The Wreck of the Edmunds Fitzgerald is my fav. but G.L. I put this movie on my watch list. I hope it’s not going to disappoint. It was great getting to know you. Have a splendid day :)
