I found the spin-off silly and I just can’t bring myself to watch it but looks like I’ll have to because of the crossover.

Ridiculous episode but loved it anyway , glad its back . shocked Titus makin had left the show until I found ot why , glad hes gone now
What was the reason???
he had kicked up a stink in season 3 saying he wanted more political story line specifically addressing him being an officer of colour they gave in . Ratings dropped in season 3 and the producers refused to pander for season 4 . He dropped out the show and they killed him off
Very well written,people and stories flow smoothly, easy and yet interesting to watch.
This cop show is like they use to be…about the characters and their relationships between each other. Each show has an individual story to tell instead of an ongoing soap opera type and no cussing, sex or violence. If you prefer a show being interesting on it’s own merit instead of being pornish and gruesome, you will probably like this one. an easy 5 stars-
The Rookie will air an hour early (starting 2-18-25) due to High Potential finishing its first season.
Filming for The Rookie Season 6 has not yet commenced. If filming does start soon, we can expect to see the new season make its premiere in early 2024.
That’s pretty much the case for all the shows. Can’t wait!!

Some of the stories are subpar now a days
Season 7 starts next Tuesday and some news on one of the characters. The Rookie season 7 returns on Tuesday, January 7 with one major change. Tru Valentino announced that he would not be returning as Officer Aaron Thorsen for the upcoming batch of episodes, despite playing a major role in the series since season 4.
Normally i would and have passed on this but you tube shorts keep popping up, iv seen too much Quincy, Columbo and CSI, All kinda put me off watching cop shows but the comedy part has me intrigued enough to try it tomorrow
