Ibe Hayter has always loved cycling but after noticing that a lack of people in his neighbourhood of Toxteth were out on their bikes, he set out to find out why and to show the people of his community that cycling can belong to them too.In 2020, Ibe set up the organisation that would help him reach his aims. Ibe and other staff members run a range of programmes, with each one focussing on different groups within the community. |
