West Virginia’s Lundin Psychiatric Hospital has found itself in the media spotlight, and on the radar of Social Worker Cynthia Edwards (Vanessa Ore). After coming across a newspaper article raising questions into the Hospital’s policies and procedures, and receiving an anonymous tip citing abuse within the hospital walls, Cynthia maneuvers herself into an investigation into the allegations.
