Sleeping Lessons plays a final hometown show before recording their full-length record. The band and their lead singer, Dave, traverse through the night, encountering the usual characters, however it’s Dave personal struggle with a new song he wrote for his long-distance lover Penny that’s got him waxing poetic this evening. He’s nervous, but at the end of the night, in a room full of people, it might as well just be him, the guitar and her. |
