Togs is a story about a teenager (Jonny) trying to survive in a dystopian post-apocalyptic world, caused because of a genetic engineering experiment which created dog tortoises or togs. These monsters spread rapidly and sparked a war between the super powers that were all trying to stop the spread of these creatures with bombing runs on infested countries and areas. The story itself is about the teenager struggling to survive and having to leave the sanctuary of the park. When he leaves the park a pack of togs catch his scent, and in the search for other survivors to help him, he returns to his college where he was when it all went wrong. Pinned down in a grit bin it seems he is going to die until someone intervenes. From here further complications develop where Jonny will struggle to survive in this harsh new world.
