Based on a graphic novel “Subsomnum” by Piotr Dismas Zdanowicz and Piotr Jagodzinski, “Subsomnum” is an experimental movie in which the past blends with the future, and the reality mingles with a dream. This dystopic tale takes us back to Warsaw, a place cursed by all freedom fighters, because it is here that a mysterious Pyramid and its inhabitant - the Great Father dwell. Main character feels and sees strange distortions, as if the reality was something completely different from what he has experienced so far. In the end he sees the truth, the reality he didn’t expect to see - that he is living in the future, only blinded by the subliminal signals of the Great Father, sent from a mysterious Pyramid, which stands in the center of the city.
