Having the human race be the result of a seed (a engineered seed at that) planted by another life form is pretty astronomical, this film is pretty good as an origin for Alien, makes you think what could be out there. enjoy
My other question is what the hell were those engineers up to with the Aliens and why where they all in staysus ? what were they waitin for hanging out on that moon ?
So it would appear that Alien is the creation of Octo-tentacle thing and that engineer guy and it flew to earth in that escape pod ?

I canāt think of the name of the movie, but there was a robot in that movie who did nefarious things too. But no one knew he was a robot until he was beheaded. Dang! I wish I could remember what movie or maybe a tv series it was.

Yeah I thought that was great bringing Ash back he was the scariest Robot of them all. Well Michael Fassbender did a stand up job but it really is too different movies. Ash will always be my favorite antagonist Robot.
worldwide critics were so bias and damming of this movie - i frikken loved it especially how it all synced up to the original alien -i just love seeing the metamorphosis of what formed the alien species -ridley scott is a genius

Idk, I loved the shock of realizing this was actually an Alien prequel! The producers kept it a secret from what I remember, everyone thought it was just another Syfi movie until your mind is blown when you realize! When this movie came out everyone knew it was the prequel to Alien. I have no idea what you are talking about. I think it was just not associated with the other Alien movies because it sucks.
