Manny, a 20-something kung fu prodigy has finally moved into his own place. It’s a perfect apartment on the cutting edge of town. His girlfriend is helping him decorate and friends seem to support him, but it isn’t long before he finds him self face to face with ghosts who want to share a home with him. Manny faces challenges all sides, with his love-life, with hooligans in the neighborhood and with supernatural forces pulling his strings. He’s not one to back away from a challenge though, so he goes back to training kung fu under Sifu Jeff. When the supernatural attacks escalate and Manny asks his Sifu for help, it’s time to reach for the big guns and consult legendary grandmaster Gary Lam, himself. Can his sage wisdom and a magical weapon save Manny? Or is Manny facing forces far beyond that of a few ghosts?
