Due to an upcoming real estate project, Victor Painemal, owner of the legendary restaurant “El Rincon de los Canallas”, must abandon the place. This restaurant was like a hiding place during the days of Chile’s dictatorship and home to many faces from different cultural, political and social realms. Entire nights were spent in this place debating about the country that they wanted to build; a free Chile.With him, he takes walls filled with the history of Chile, destined to be forgotten. The restaurant managed to survive the oppressive regime, but falls before the indifference of a developing nation. |
