Palayan: A Story of Exodus (2011)

Himalayan villagers in the Jaunpur district of India have been able to remain self-sufficient in their isolated mountain range for the past few centuries. They must now choose between staying home while facing increased obstacles, and moving to the cities thus losing their culture and departing from loved ones.
