This is a poetic, inspirational film about young women and their passion for doing something that seemed unreachable. We are exploring how the dance affects their lives. Most of the ballerinas come from a humble background and dance is all they have. We want to make the audience feel their struggle, challenges and achievements. These young women are breaking boundaries by teaching and learning ballet. Being a movie about blind dancers, we have been experimenting with sound and picture to show all the beauty that surrounds these women in a poetic and sincere way. |
