The Crypto Rush documentary reveals the mysterious world of hackers, entrepreneurs, regulators, startups and mega-corporations and crypto-mining farms to help ordinary people understand what this new, digital era gold rush is all about. The producers plan to interview thirty personalities for the film, including 2-3 stars at the highest level, 5 journalists who work in the tech and financial field and in blockchain/crypto specifically. 3-5 experts, 5 miners, 2-3 representatives of regulations, 2-3 representatives of corporations, a few ordinary citizens, and 1 real hacker round out the interview list. The Crypto Rush movie aims to cover a large number of topics: cryptocurrencies mining, trading, the ICO’s, bitcoin community, ethereum community, altcoin community, regulation and security issues, cryptography science and also the economical, political, social and philosophical basis of the new crypto and blockchain industry. Shooting will take place in Singapore, Germany, Switzerland (city of Zug is already called a “Cryptocurrency Valley”), in the USA, and after that the team will head to Africa where the author, Liliana Pertenava will talk to blockchain startups solving the problem of unbanked populations. The team has already interviewed Mike Butcher, Editor-at-large of TechCrunch, and Meinhard Benn, Founder and Chief Counter at Satoshi Pay.
