Jack and the Five Aces don’t answer to anyone. Casually ignoring rules, and absolutely disowning pop culture, they live on jazz, cool suits, and recreation. Just when their five man band begins picking up popularity in a small southern town, a mysterious, sass-talking dame tracks down Jack, insisting that she holds incriminating information about the gang. With the threat of exposure, she is able to force the band into making her their lead singer. Soon enough, Jack’s world begins to fall apart, and he must choose once and for all between his created fantasy, and the hard facts of the real world. |
