Chitra Pal, a musician is forced to meet Mr.Sanket on her mother’s insistence. Mr. Sanket, a businessman of Indian origin settled in America is on a business trip and he is also asked by his parents to meet Chitra for marriage. Chitra tries to have a conversation with him but his arrogance and disregard for others makes her feel bored in his company. While he leaves to attend a call, she tried to use the fork and knife, which she has never previously used. She plays to a tune that she had just learned in the morning at her music class. Joe, another patron at the same restaurant overhears the tune being played and offers his company to her. They have a small conversation and Chitra thinks of this the best way to escape from Mr. Sanket’s high roller behavior. She asks Joe to take a walk with her and Joe obliges. They walk into the sunset on the beach- perhaps a new beginning for both of them.
