Details:

An amusing comic cartoon from the pen of Harry Palmer. The basic idea is found in a subtitle that introduces many of the national characters of prominence, such as Wilson, Bryan and Roosevelt. “They’re After Me!” is the subtitle. The Trusts and the Common Men are also represented.
