Jonas, a young assistant doctor in an anonymous hospital is trapped in a world of concrete, plastic and metal. Everything seems like behind glass, he moves as if in a dream. He still tries to cope with the abuse his parents harmed him with when a child. When a former girlfriend gets delivered into hospital, Jonas freaks out and sexually abuses the girl who lies in a coma. A young male nurse seemingly tries to help him get out of his depression, but in truth drags him into a wild world, in which drugs, sex and self-destruction play the biggest role. When Jonas realizes that it was the nurses motor-cross gang who beat his ex-girlfriend into the coma, the past and the present mix into a nightmare.
