Christian Martin asks his employer Bertrand Barnier for a raise as well as his daughters hand in marriage. Barniers daughter Colette confesses she is in love and exaggerates by pretending to be pregnant. But Martin doesn’t know the woman he loves lied about being Barniers daughter and Bertrand doesn’t realize his daughter means to marry his driver Oscar, whom he recently let go. |
