Giv'im Air (1936)

Joe ‘Joe Cook (I)’ )qv))is an assistant in the sound-effects department of a radio station and is prone to producing the wrong effects. But he gets the chance to work as the announcer on a program when all the other station announcers are intimidated into quitting in a feud between the station-owner and the town’s mayor. But he is threatened with death if he broadcasts a speech that accusing the mayor of corruption. He appears for the program wearing an armor suit, and holds off the mayor and his two henchmen.
