This is the story of Rita, the hands of a hairstylist. She keeps on nagging about how much she hates her life and the way she looks; her nails are -most of the time- half black because of hair dye, her veins are bulging, there are shards all around her cuticles. One day Rita gets injured by a pair of scissors, and this is the straw that broke the camel’s back! Unable to sleep that night, she thinks of how unfair it is for hands in this world, they are forced to do the ugliest of deeds, and made to perform the hardest of tasks. The thing that pushed her to rebel. |
